REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR ATTENDEES AGES 3 AND OLDER - INCLUDING THE SMICHA CEREMONY.

PURCHASE PROTECTION AVAILABLE

You will be given an opportunity to select Purchase Protection at the end of the form before providing your payment information.

We HIGHLY encourage you to consider this option as this INSURANCE will reimburse you for any registration and cancellation fees you incur should you need to change or cancel your registration. There are NO REFUNDS after December 19. Please see the conference website, www.ohalahconference.org, for details about Purchase Protection.

** CANCELLATION POLICY **

Cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] and are subject to the following:

Through November 10, 2025 - FULL refund less a $50 cancellation fee (Shabbaton Only: $25 fee, full refund)

November 11 through December 10, 2025 - 75% refund less a $100 cancellation fee (Shabbaton Only: $50 fee, full refund)

December 11 through December 19, 2025 - 50% refund less a $150 cancellation fee (Shabbaton Only: $75 fee, full refund)

NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations on or after December 20, 2025

NOTE – To change from an in-person registration to online you must cancel your in-person registration by sending an email to [email protected] and then re-register as an online attendee. All cancellation fees explained above apply.
