Name Tag Information

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to [email protected]. Cancellations received until November 10, 2025, may receive a full refund (less a $50 cancellation fee per person). Cancellations received from November 11 through December 10, 2025, may receive a 75% refund (less a $100 cancellation fee per person). Cancellations received from December 11 through December 19, 2025, may receive a 50% refund (less a $150 cancellation fee per person). No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after December 20, 2025.

NOTE To change from an in-person registration to online you must cancel your in-person registration and then re-register as an online attendee. All cancellation fees explained above apply.
